We are a movement studio offering a range of specialised classes to support mobility and strength at any stage in life.


 

Mindful Body Pilates studio in Cygnet, Tasmania, Offers Studio Pilates in private and semi-private formats. Additionally, we provide mat group classes and 1:3 Strength and Conditioning sessions.

 

Our focus is on small, dedicated classes committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals while nurturing a profound sense of body and mind connection and overall well-being.

 

Thanks to the variety of equipment, our unique teaching approach can meet your needs, whether you are recovering from an injury, aiming to improve your physical health, or looking to complement your current training regime.

Online classes

Experience interactive classes online, whether you prefer group sessions or private instruction, all from the comfort of your home.

Private Sessions

A private session is the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect Pilates technique and performance to achieve your individual goals.

Available online and face-to-face.

Semi-private 2:1 or 3:1

Semi-private sessions are ideal for clients looking to workout together and share the benefits of a private session at a reduced rate per individual.

Group Sessions

These sessions are customized to fit your needs.
